Vietnam Airlines’ inflight WiFi service is provided by three companies. These companies are SITAONAIR, VISHIPEL (Vietnam Maritime Communication and Electronics LLC) & SBB Technology.
The Wi-Fi service on Vietnam Airlines is also known as “Internet OnAir”. As of now inflight Wi-Fi service is available on these selected aircraft: Airbus A350-900 (VN-A886, VN-A887, VN-A888, VN-A889).
The following web browsers are eligible to use “Internet OnAir”: Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome(Laptop), Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari & Android / Google Browser (For Mobile Devices).
