However, its Wi-Fi service is not free except for the Etihad guest members who can enjoy unlimited free chat packages for free during their flight. Also if you are an Etihad first or guest platinum member then you can receive and enjoy complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi while you are on board. Other guests must purchase a Wi-Fi package. Paid Wi-Fi services are available for flights under seven hours and flights over seven hours where both cat and surf packages are available.
